Carson Harris Associates was founded in 2004 by Simon Carson.
With over 30 years’ experience in the industry, including time as Sales Director of a leading London executive search firm, Simon now leads an international team across London, Dublin, and Nairobi, and drives business development and client relationships while ensuring our consultants deliver hands-on guidance at every stage of the hiring process.
Today, Carson Harris partners with organisations ranging from high-growth start-ups to globally recognised brands, supported by a diverse team that brings local expertise and international reach.
